Be sure all AC units are set to: Cool 75 or Heat 65 in the Winter months. ​

All doors and windows must be checked and locked before you leave a property, including balcony doors. Doors left open by teams will incur a $20 fine for each occurrence. ​​

Baseboards, fans, window sills, and under furniture should always be clean. These are not just deep cle an items.

Be sure to leave all sink, tub, and shower drains open once cleaned. If the property is vacant and there is a leak it can cause extensive damage.

Porches, patios, and pool ares are the responsibility of the crew to clean and tidy up after guest use.
