BILLING PROCESS 

All cleans are billed trough Breezeway. Any work that is completed must have a task in Breezeway to receive payment for it. An email will be sent out by the Housekeeping Office in advance of the I. You will have 24 hours to review and request any adjustments. Requests are made by replying "all" to your invoice review. Adjustments that are requested and approved after the cut-off period will be paid on the next invoice.

REMEMBER: 

CONSTRUCTION AND TRASHED HOME CLEANS MUST BE APPROVED BY YOUR ASSIGNED PROPERTY MANAGER AND HOUSEKEEPING OFFICE PERSONNEL.

Each home/unit has a specified cleaning crew rate. The rate will be provided upon assignment. 

Cleaning Crew Rate 

Each home/unit has a specified deep clean crew rate. The rate will be provided upon assignment. 

Deep Clean Fee Paid to Cleaners 

Each home/unit has a specified crew tidy rate. The rate will be provided upon assignment. 

Crew Tidy Rate 

This is similar to a full clean. 

Cleaning Crew Rate 

If/when a homeowner has construction completed within their home, you would invoice for a construction clean. For a trashed home, you need to send evidence of the mess in the form of photos. 

To calculate the charges, the cleaner will use the following formula (Deep Clean Fee Paid to Cleaners + Cleaning Crew Rate) / 2 

Example: 

Deep Clean Fee Paid to Cleaners: $333 

Cleaning Crew Rate: $222 

$333 + $222 = $555 / 2 = $277.50

Cleaner will divide Tidy Rate by 1.15. 

Example: Tidy Rate is $111.00 

$111/ 1.15 = $96.52 

Cleaner will invoice for 

$96.52 per day 

Cleaner will divide Cleaning Crew Rate in by 1.15. 

Owner Tidy Clean – Owner uses 1 Bedroom and Common areas only during their stay. The rate is 50% of the regular rate. 

Crew Tidy Clean 

Subject to approval only.

Unit was cleaned on the respective departure date. Unit was vacant for 15 days or more. Reservation booked in unit. Cleaners to complete a light clean on the unit (dust, vacuum, clean toilets from water sitting, etc.). Cleaner to be notified if the unit is in need.
